Connection and inner strenght.

We live in a society which is progressive and is formed by materialism. This means we always want something. We like to buy new stuff and so we work to get new stuff. Because in our society it is fair: So if we work hard, we want something in return. This is more like a red thread through our lives and also further manifest itself in our relationships. A relationship may be with our partner, our children, parents or colleagues and friends. But also in our relationships with our animals and horses.

We have forgotten who we are and the connection with ourselves is sometimes hard to find. We are all in a hurry and take not enough time for ourselves and our loved ones. Now let’s take a step back and take the time to reconnect with ourselves, what will happen then? We are going to learn again to feel, feel our heart stronger, we feel more love flourish, our inner strenght is inhanced, because we learn to teach ourselves again. We are able to heal ourselves again and we learn again to be patient and allow the other to be in his own pace to do his own thing. That’s charity and respecting the other persons energy. If we let everyone be in his own value and no longer demanding something or other from them that we want them to do, then I think a lot of people will be more open and just want to find and help the other.

This includes working with horses. How often it happened when we are in the meadow with our horses and we ask or even demand that he should come. Hmm... how often does a horses than not? This is also against the laws of nature. Just think about it. If some one ask or demands that you should come now this moment. How do you feel? How do you feel the energy of the person that demanded better than asked?

In the herd is the horse with the purest energy the one who is the most popular and the other horses want’s to be near that pure energy. Because he is the most connected with himself. A horse with a very pure connection is very strong and acts as a magnet for the other horses. This horse will not ask for the other horses to come and this is also not necesseray. Horse love to feel the inner strenght and want to belong to. What can we concluded from this?

The next time you are in the meadow with your horse, ask him not to come. Give him the choice and respect his choice. Just stick in the meadow between the horses and do have some body awareness exercises making you to go focus on yourself. Discover your inner strenght and energy and stay with yourself. Then what happens is like magic. Your horse and the other horses are coming towards you and wanting to be with you. That’s one of the laws of nature. We have learned to ask, but we must learn not to ask and just be. From here arises a new beautiful connection between ourselves and our horses.
